From an email I got today...

Let's see who actually sends this back.  Welcome to the next edition of "getting to know your friends".  What you are supposed to do is copy (not forward this entire e mail) and paste it to a new e mail that you'll send.  change the previous answers and put yours there instead.  Then send it to a bunch of people including the person who sent it to you.

The theory is that you learn a lot of little things about your friend or family that you may not have known.

    My answers:

1. What time do you get up?  Um, around 6:30, unless B lets me sleep in, then around 8:30.

   
2. If you could eat lunch with any person - living or dead - who would it be? Ooooo...um....my great-grandfather Elias

3. Gold or silver? Silver.

4.  What was the last film you saw @ the cinema? Farenheit 911

5.  What is/are your favorite TV shows? CSI, West Wing, Lost, Desperate Housewives, Good Eats

6.  What did you eat for breakfast? It's before breakfast now, but I think we'll have couscous, bacon and red peppers.

7.  Who would you hate to be stuck in a room with? Jessica Simpson or Tara Palmer-Tom...whatever her name is

8.  What/who inspires you? Anyone who is still sane :-)

9.  What is your middle name? Legally I don't have one, but it's Kaiulani

10.  Beach,  city or country? Beach beach beach beach

11. Butter or plain popcorn? Buttered

12. Favorite color? Cobalt blue

13. What kind of car do you drive? In Ireland, a Volvo estate (station wagon). In Maine, a Subaru Outback.

14.  Favorite sandwich? Croque monsieur or rare roast beef, mayo, tomato and pickles on a sub.

15.  What characteristics do you despise? Two-facedness

16.  Favorite flower. Mmmmm....roses. Really nice stinky ones.

17.  If you could go anywhere in the world on vacation,  where would you go? Austrailia and New Zealand

18.  What color is your bathroom?  White.

19.  Where would you like to retire? South of France
           
 20.  Favorite day of week. Saturday!!!!

21.  What did you do for your last birthday? Got a massage, and B made my favorite dinner, and me and two friends went to the pub for a drink

22.  Where were you born? Cape Cod, Mass.

23. Favorite sport to watch? Platform diving

24.  Who do you expect to return this to you? Jimmy

25.  Person you expect to send it back 1st? Froggy

26.  Coke or Pepsi? Coke

27.    Are you a morning person or a night owl? Night owl

My mom sent this to me...if you're for Bush, hey, fine. But this is MY blog :-)

How many members of the Bush Administration are needed to replace a light bulb?


The Answer is TEN:


1. one to deny that a light bulb needs to be changed,

2. one to attack the patriotism of anyone who says the light bulb needs to be changed,

3. one to blame Clinton for burning out the light bulb,

4. one to tell the nations of the world that they are either for changing the light bulb or for darkness,

5. one to give a billion dollar no-bid contract to Halliburton for the new light bulb,

6. one to arrange a photograph of Bush, dressed as a janitor, standing on a step ladder under the banner "Light bulb Change Accomplished",

7. one administration insider to resign and write a book documenting in detail how Bush was literally "in the dark",

8. one to viciously smear #7,

9. one surrogate to campaign on TV and at rallies on how George Bush has had a strong light bulb -  changing policy all along,

10. and finally one to confuse Americans about the difference between screwing a light bulb and screwing the country
