Crazy
Things are about to get interesting. P goes on his first plane ride of his second year. Gulp. Then the next day, we do it all again. Fingers crossed the airline gets our meals right. I will, of course, have backup food for us, but we have sooo much to carry on that it's a huge pain.
I can't wait for sun and beach. Last week, we got together with our friends Martin and Miriam for lunch at Caviston's, a posh fish place. A friend, Jenny, is a waitress there, and she let us pick a table. Why, the one in the window, a course! Two minutes later, she has to come back and say that that table has been booked for 6 months, can we sit at another table? We choose the table that, last time we were there, was where Bono was sitting. So I make sure that Miriam is sitting where Bono was :-).
A pleasant day overall. Today we go to Vera and Cesar's for lunch, since our fridge is pretty well cleaned out. I have tons of laundry to do, and packing still (but that's not too intense). It's Dora Day on Nick Jr (UK), so P is happy. I think it's a rock opera that's on now :-).
Off to get the computer organized and back up stuff onto the iPod. Phew. This is taking a lot out of me! ;-)
