schmoomomMy stepfather's uncle died recently. I'd never met him, but do know two of his sons well, and he was like a father to my stepfather. Reading his obit he seems like the type of guy that an 19 year old activist would love to have a cup of fairtrade coffee with :-D.
Are there people like this still? His son, Fred, could be one of them. But at the same time, can you find this level of community service, activism and empathy in someone these days?
