I was doing well

I really was, I was proud of me. Then, i wasn't. And I was sprialling again. And I know why, and you know why, but I just can't stop myself. I'm not good at self-control. Or doing things in moderation. And I just don't know what the fuck to do. It hasn't been that long. But it just don't stop. And I'm in a hole, cause I don't have a way out...one way, nothing happens. The other way, nothing happens. But my head says that something will happen.

What a great day for my mother in law to show up.
